1. The Gun, Docklands
Alongside epic views of the O2 across the river, The Gun is also renowned for its historical background (hence the name) and sun-soaked terrace, where you can relax with a pint of craft beer or drool with envy at anyone ordering their mouth-watering Sunday roasts. Of course we kept the best bit for last - their hidden gem Gin Garden, that’s discreetly tucked away for weekends only. Filled with six beer taps and fully stocked fridges, you’re sure to have a merry good time playing their range of fun, garden games. Drunk Giant Jenga anyone?

2. The White Cross, Richmond
Nestled on the edge of the river Thames, The White Cross is one of Richmond’s most iconic pubs. Come rain or shine, you’ll always find it bustling with visitors enjoying takeaway pints along the banks of the river, at their sun-soaked beer garden, or inside the historic pub itself (except when it’s high tide and the surrounding area is flooded). When the tide is out though, enjoy live sport, delicious Sunday roasts, and delectable oysters from their Oyster Shack.
